Small bags compatible with Win Max 2
10,1" GPD Win Max 2 is much smaller than the average 13,3" laptop which allows us to use smaller bags to carry it. These can be bags designed for tablets/iPads or some other small ones that aren't a typical backpack. The laptop is 227 x 160 x 23 mm, so you can look for other compatible bags as well.
Leg bags
Used as motorcycle, first aid, and generic bags. Some are large enough to barely fit the laptop. Such a bag gives you quick access to the device while not going in your way as a shoulder bag for example.
Got this one from Aliexpress some time ago and now the link is dead so can't really share the original source, but there are newer listings like this one. Still, it would be good to look for one bit taller than this one.
Waist bags
Waist bags can replace or go on your pants belt or be stand-alone
and use their own belt. Usually small, and wide but not too deep are used to store a phone and similar small objects. Some are bigger - hiking/military types - and can store a tablet or Win Max 2.
One of such bags is Ozuko chest bag which can be used as a waist or shoulder or cross-body bag.
Cross-body, messenger and chest bags
Cross-body and messenger bags are bigger and there are quite a bit of laptop-specific cross-body bags. Here I'm using two military style and a fishing accessories

There are many 11-12 inch bags designed to hold tablets and less popular 11,6" or 12" laptops. Those can also be used, just go to a shop and filter out the bigger ones:
